Visiting rules

Outside opening hours the visitor center is closed (no entry).
Entry to the exhibition of live animals is possible only with a guide.

In the whole area of visitor center is prohibited:

• smoking, alcohol consumption and using drugs

• open flames

• dogs and other animals

• destroying and damaging plants and equipment

Staying at the visitor center is their own risk, for children liable parent, authorized representative or another adult. Users must adhere to the age and weight category specified for individual game elements.

Visitors are required:

• follow the provisions of the regulations and guidelines of the visitor or tutor guides

• follow the rules of good behavior

• ensure order and cleanliness

• move only within a limited area

• behave and discipline in order not to endanger others or yourself

• after the entrance to the visitor center to immediately buy tickets at the box office
